But Hart Properties Canadian debut Jerry Springer: The Opera promises to bring prestige (or at least one or two inbred cousin) to the Gladiators TV freak show of the day. L first section is exactly what one might imagine from the title, with a high front musical squabbling between an aspiring stripper, diaper fetishist, and, of course, an enthusiastic audience dangerously. Forced to mediate disputes between the biblical characters, Jerry and his legendary methods of conflict resolution suddenly take Wagnerian roles of magnitude.
